Interconnectedness

Everything's Connected to Everything, especially stuff to do with the Ultimate Comment

Everything is Everything is a web

Everthing's interconnected!
This concept is central to The Ultimate Comment's worldview. We are, after all, concerned with the secret of the universe. This quest leads us to many investigations and theories, but it is not enough to gain understanding of these things individually, we must understand the nature of the whole. So, applying our method of metacommentology to this vista of interconnected concepts, we look at not just the elements in isolation or in relation to each other, but at the entity of interconnectedness itself.

This wiki itself is a demonstration of how ideas are all interconnectedy.

You interpret and come to some understanding of, and relationship to, everything you encounter. For Heidegger, everything has meaning (Sinn if you sprech the Deutsch). Even if you are presented with a spanking new word or concept or object, you understand it and relate to it in terms of your own understanding and knowledge. But everything is interconnected and meaning is context-dependent, see? Ergo, how you view a new phenomenon depends (to a greater or lesser extent) on what you connect it to in your mind.

In the fifth circuit of consciousness, we perceive interconnectednesses in their totality. We take in the system in a glance, rather than by its elements.

There is one exception to the law of interconnectedness. This exception is an object that was found by two metacommentologists in the National Botanic Gardens in Dublin. It was an object that made no sense, an object like no other. It was the size of a large coffee cup and had four bulbous segments (a bit like the shape of a bell pepper). It was hollow and open at one end (like you'd cut the end off the pepper). It's texture was like jelly - no, firmer than jelly, more like the concentrate you make jelly from - covered in fine sandpaper. In colour: dark purple with shimmery bits and sparkles. It bore absolutely no relation to any mental reference point. Even when the acid wore off, the object and its enigma remained. What is it? Is it manmade or organic? Is it some kind of jellyfish, stranded miles from the sea? A fungus? The illicit lovechild of a jellyfish and a fungus? The placenta of a Boohbah? An object sent to Earth by God just to disprove Heidegger?
